The Rules

This Game is made to make the championship a little bit more exciting. It's entertainment I made this system for, so let's have fun!

There aren't any commercial interests involved in this game. Nobody has to pay for playing it and nobody can win anything except honor. If some users want to bet for something they have to do it on their own. I don't have anything against that as long as it doesn't go too far. I will interfere if someone tries to make money with this system!

And now, really, the rules:

Basic stuff

• Everybode can join the game as long as he respects these rules
• I can exclude players from the game whenever I want to. I don't want to do this but I will do it if I have to do it to defend the intension of TippTopp
• I am one of the players of the game
• Players who try to get access to data being not intended for them will be expelled. When you find any secruity holes you have to report them to me.

The Predictions

• You can just make any predictions by using the internet page, eg it isn't possible to send anything by mail.

How the results are calculated

• The result of the game is always the result after the second half of the game.
• If the leader of the championship decide to change the result of the game, this new result is taken into account.
• If a game isn't finished correctly, the whole game will be treated as if it never took place.

The Points

• The less points the better
• For the right "idea" of the game (who is the winner or if there will be a draw) it gives -3 points
• For every goal being not correctly predicted there is one point added
• For every prediction not being made, the player gets 1 (formerly 3 points, changed 2006-06-11) point more then the worst player having predicted a result

The Order

• The sum of points
• The count of "right ideas"
• The count of correct predictions
